Corelis Products
 Today, Corelis products can be
found globally in every industry developing and/or manufacturing
electronic products. Corelis’ ScanExpress boundary-scan systems
are used for structural testing as well as JTAG functional
emulation test and in-system programming of Flash memories,
CPLDs, and FPGAs. Systems include a complete range of
IEEE-1149.1-compatible boundary-scan testers for PCI, PCI
Express, LAN, USB 2.0, cPCI/PXI, and VXI host interfaces.
Our business is segmented into two distinct areas:
Corelis has developed a complete product family of hardware and software products for boundary-scan testing and in-system-programming. Our
ScanExpress product line is generally recognized as the highest performance and easiest to use PC-based boundary-scan test system available on the market today.
Corelis provides customers with a full range of tools including
Test
Pattern Generation,
Test Execution, complete pin-level
diagnostics, CPLD, FPGA, and Flash
in-system programming. All of
this is accomplished from a common Windows XP/Vista-based user
interface.
Hardware for running the boundary-scan tests includes
PCI, PCI Express, USB 2.0, Ethernet/LAN, PXI/cPCI, and VXI
modules.
Corelis Services
 Corelis also provides various engineering services and is well known for its outstanding customer support. Corelis has thousands of customers worldwide. In addition to its National USA representatives, Corelis has very technically competent sales and support engineers
overseas in countries such as Japan, Canada, Sweden, France, Israel, Germany, Korea, Ireland, Singapore, China, Taiwan, UK, Holland, Belgium, Australia, and other countries.
Corelis will provide a customer with a complete turnkey approach to boundary-scan testing. We will work with a customer during the design process to assure that the design is capable of being tested to the customer's requirements. When required, we will even create boundary-scan BSDL files for custom ASICs used on the board. We will then create all test vectors, verify them using the customer's actual hardware, and provide the completed, verified, test system to the customer. In some cases, this will also include a custom test fixture.
Although Corelis' standard products are the main focus of the company, Corelis also develops custom test and simulation projects with a very high complexity of software and hardware; this allows us to stay on top of today’s technology and support our customers that are using state-of-the-art technology.
